  • After reaching Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station, you will be picked up and transferred to Gangtok.
  • Enjoy the scenic drive along the river Teesta, with a beautiful view of mountains and rivers.
  • Once you arrive in Gangtok, check-in at the hotel and relax or explore the popular M.G Marg on your own.
  • Overnight stay at Gangtok.
  • After having breakfast, you will explore the attractions of Gangtok in a full day tour.

  • It experiences heavy snowfall in winter and is the gateway to Gurudogmar Lake and Chopta Valley, two of the most scenic places in Sikkim.

  • Stop over at Singhik Kanchendzong View Point, a place where you can get a breathtaking view of the Kanchendzong
    range and the Teesta river, largest river in Sikkim.

  • Have breakfast and get ready for a exiting journey to beautiful places around North Sikkim.
  • Drive from Lachen to Thangu, a distance of 19 kms that takes about an hour.
  • Thangu is a small village situated at an altitude of 13,500 feet in the north of Sikkim.
  • Thangu is a base for trekkers and a place where you can see the nomadic lifestyle of the locals.
  • From Thangu, take a detour of 3 kms to visit Chopta Valley, a picturesque valley that offers a stunning view of the winding river and the snow-covered mountain peaks.
  • From Chopta Valley, drive further to Gurudogmar Lake, a distance of 33 kms one way that takes about 2 hours.
  • Gurudogmar Lake is one of the highest lakes in the world, located at an altitude of 17,300 feet.
  • It is a sacred lake for the Buddhists and the Sikhs, and has a mesmerizing blue color.
  • It is also a place where you can witness the majestic beauty of the Himalayas.
  • After visiting the lake, drive back to Lachen and have lunch.
  • From Lachen, drive to Lachung, another tribal village in the north of Sikkim, a distance of 54 kms that takes about 2 hours.
  • Lachung is located at an altitude of 8610 feet and is known for its natural beauty and culture.
  • Overnight  stay at Lachung.
  • Have breakfast and get ready for a exiting journey to Yumthang.
  • Drive from Lachung to Yumthang, a distance of 25 kms that takes about an hour.
  • Yumthang is a valley of flowers, located at an altitude of 11880 feet in the north of Sikkim.
  • It is famous for its snow-capped mountains and its rich variety of rhododendrons and primula flowers that bloom in spring and summer.
  • From Yumthang, you can opt to drive further to Yumesamdong, a distance of 26 kms that takes about an hour and a
    half.
  • Yumesamdong is also known as zero point, as it is the last point on the Indian border.
  • It is located at an altitude of 15000 feet and has a hot spring and a clear view of the mountains.
  • It is usually covered with snow throughout the year.
  • If you visit Yumesamdong, you have to pay Rs.2500/- to the driver as an extra charge.
  • After visiting Yumthang and/or Yumesamdong, drive back to Lachung and then to Gangtok, a distance of 125 kms
    that takes about 5 hours.
  • Overnight  stay at Gangtok.
  • Have breakfast and leave for a day trip to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir.
  • Drive 55 kms one way from Gangtok city to reach the destinations.
  • Enjoy the beauty and tranquility of Tsomgo Lake, a high-altitude Himalayan lake in east Sikkim.
  • Visit Baba Mandir, a shrine dedicated to a soldier who died near Nathula Pass.
  • Return to Gangtok and stay overnight.

  • If you get permission, you can also visit Nathula Pass, a border crossing between India and China.
  • Pay extra charge for the permit based on the weather and tourist flow.
  • Have breakfast and checkout from the hotel.
  • Board the transfer vehicle to Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station.
  • Travel to your next destination or return home.
